How do I access TLZ?

How do I log in as a student?

New Students as of 2016

Username: Student registration number (e.g. 12345678)
Password:  DutYYMMDD (Dut followed by your year, month and date of birth – first six digits of your ID)

Returning Students (pre-2016)

Username: Student registration number (e.g. 12345678)
Password:  learn9 (if you have not personally changed your password)

I tried my student number but cannot login in (I get the message shown below)

Users are created after they register but some students register after normal registration periods and may not have been created on TLZ. If you are one of those students contact us and we will register you.  Enrolment into the classrooms should happen automatically upon your registration at DUT.  If you find you can log in but still cannot access any of your online classrooms, please contact one of the e-Learning team members to resolve the issue.

Sending your proof of registration to us will fast-track the process.

My courses are not showing

If you are able to log in to TLZ but you still cannot see your courses, please contact one of the e-Learning team members to resolve the issue.
